  • When is the best time to get my puppy groomed?
As early as 10 weeks if they have their third round of vaccinations. It’s never too early to help your puppy get accustomed to grooming. We want to keep it as short and simple as possible, so your puppy’s first visit with us will be a bath, blow-out, nail trim and maybe a little trimming on the face to help introduce them to grooming. We want to avoid stressing them out and ‘turning them off’ to grooming.

  • How often should I get my dog groomed?
Each breed varies but our groomers reccomend every 6-8 weeks.
  • I am going on vacation. Can you train my dog while they are already there?
Our trainer can typically accommodate that. It depends on how many dogs she has at that time. It is best to give us a call and check her availability.
  • Can you potty train my dog?
We do not offer potty training because we are not a home based facility. If you are having issues with potty training our trainer can give you advice while they are here for their training.
  • Am I able to vist my dog while it's here for training?
We do not offer any in kennel visits during training. We have realized over the years that it tends to stress them out. This can set back the training and make things harder for your pup during the rest of their stay. Our training will be keeping you updated through the process.
